I would like to tell others about your service to me:  My mother's birthday is 3/7 and she lives outside of Columbia, SC.  My aunt, who lives with my mom, called me Wednesday evening and asked if I could pick up a cake for my mom and bring it when I came up to visit on Saturday. My mom doesn't care for sweets 'per se' like cakes and pies but she enjoys an occasional New York Style Cheesecake.  So Thursday morning I called Tadd and asked if perhaps he could make one for me.  Although he did not have the time to make one himself, he contacted a bakery downtown and arranged the order, picked it up and delivered it to me on Friday.  Wow, he really went out of his way to be sure I got what I needed.  The cheesecake was delicious and my mom, along with everyone else, thoroughly enjoyed it as well.

Chef Tadd catered a fundraising event for us and I was highly impressed! Chef Tadd was able to accommodate our needs for hors d’oeuvres that were aesthetically pleasing as well as absolutely delicious! Our favorite items of his included the shrimp and grits and the tuna bites. He was prompt and professional throughout the planning process and day of the event.
